Boost Your Immunity This Winter!

Beat the spread of winter illnesses with my Immunity Blend. This is a blend I use daily for my family. It helps boost our immune system as well as help our bodies recover from colds/flu faster.

Immunity Blend:

10 Drops of Protective Blend (On Guard)
5 Drops of Frankincense
2 Drops of Lime
1 Drop of Oregano

For infants, use this blend in a 10ml glass roll-on bottle and top the rest up with fractionated coconut oil.
For children, use this blend x3 and top the rest up with fractionated coconut oil.
For adults, the ratio should be 3/4 oil and 1/4 fractionated coconut oil.

METHOD:

Rub daily on the bottom of your feet to boost immunity.
When sick, rub on the bottom of your feet and also along the spine regularly (3-5 times a day).

Instead of this blend, you could just use the Protective Blend on its own or the prediluted blend.
